Find wonder in the world around us

Go outside. Look around you. Marvel at the colors and textures. Touch the bark of a tree or the stem of a plant. Think of everything it experiences in a season, in a year, in its lifetime. Close your eyes and take in the sounds, the smells. Breathe. Be part of nature not apart from it.
